Terms of Service
Last updated:
The short version: Kindlesuite converts content you point us at and emails it to your Kindle. Credit packs are one-time, not recurring. You are responsible for the content you submit. Here is the long version.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Kindlesuite (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service does
Kindlesuite converts web articles, YouTube videos, X / Twitter posts and threads, PDFs, and custom text into Kindle-optimized PDFs and delivers them by email to a Kindle address you configure on your Amazon account.
The Service depends on third-party sources (the web pages, videos, and posts you point us at) and on the Amazon email-to-Kindle pipeline. We cannot guarantee that every URL will extract cleanly, that every video will have a transcript, or that Amazon will deliver every message to your device.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right to enter these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, write to hello@kindlesuite.app as soon as possible.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that engage in fraud, or that abuse the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Fetch, extract, upload, or convert content you do not have the right to access, copy, or redistribute. You are solely responsible for the URLs and files you submit and for any rights clearance the underlying content requires.
- Bypass paywalls, login walls, or other access controls of third-party sites or platforms.
- Submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit material, or material that exploits or harms minors.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, abuse rate limits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
- Resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
We may remove content, suspend processing, or terminate accounts that appear to violate these rules.
Credits, billing, and pricing
Kindlesuite runs on a one-time credit-pack model. Each new account starts with a small number of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased in packs through our payment processor, Dodo Payments.
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and credits never expire. One credit covers one conversion (one article, video, thread, document, or text submission), regardless of length.
Pricing for each pack is shown on the pricing page and again on the checkout screen before you pay. Prices may change for future purchases; existing credits in your account are not affected.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Third-party content and services
Content extracted by the Service originates from third-party sources and is the property of those sources. The Service uses third-party processors (listed in the Privacy Policy) to run authentication, payments, email delivery, and content extraction. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content, and we are not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. “Kindle” is a trademark of its respective owner; we use the term only to describe compatibility.
Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We will not change pricing for credits you already hold, and we will not retroactively reduce the number of credits on your account.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversions will succeed for every source. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Kindlesuite, its operators, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kindlesuite from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, including any infringement claim relating to content you submitted for conversion.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
