Refund Policy

Kindlesuite sells credits in one-time packs. These are not subscriptions and there are no recurring charges. Because credits are a digital, non-tangible product that is delivered to your account immediately on payment, all credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

To make this fair: credits never expire. Once they are on your account, they remain there indefinitely, and you can use them at any time — there is no monthly reset, no rollover limit, and no time pressure to spend them.

If you completed a purchase but credits did not appear on your account, that is a technical issue, not a refund question. Forward your purchase-confirmation email — sent by Dodo Payments — to hello@kindlesuite.app and we will reconcile your account manually, usually within one business day.

If a payment was charged but our payment processor reports the transaction as failed, the charge is normally released back to your card or bank within a few business days by the processor. Contact us if you do not see the release and we will follow up on your behalf.

If you believe a charge on your card was unauthorized, contact your card issuer or bank directly and also write to hello@kindlesuite.app. We cooperate fully with our payment processors’ chargeback and dispute processes.

Some software products auto-renew monthly or annually. Kindlesuite does not. Each pack you purchase is a one-time top-up. We will not charge your card without you explicitly initiating a new purchase from within the app. If you ever see a recurring charge from us, treat it as unauthorized and contact us immediately so we can investigate.
